A LITTLE SPRING SUNSHINE

My laundry room has been bare for months.
As many of you know we are remodeling our home and it is taking a lot longer then expected. I had packed stuff away expecting to be farther then we are. I decided today I needed to put some of what I call "pretty's" out. I just couldn't take it any longer! HA! I have a pretty nice size laundry room. So I decided it needed some "Sunshine".

Added some baskets and some fruit.
I just love the bright colors.

Some baskets hold necessities while some are just nice to look at. Dog treats for our dog Shadow. She lives up to her name. She follows me from room to room. Some times I have to tell her "stay I'll be right back"! She loves to ride in the truck or go hiking with my hubby but when she is in the house she is all mine. She always sleeps on the floor next to me.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I'm so envious of the total lack of clutter. My Hubs would be in Heaven! My laundry room always has a load waiting to go in, stuff on the floor, a load waiting to come out, mail on the counter top etc. How peaceful your home feels.

Wow, now that is a laundry room! It doesn't look like it even needs remodeling. I so understand about renos taking much longer than expected! It is like a marathon! Your spring "goodies" look great in there!

Hi Fern! Adding some color will make you feel good and springy!! I know what you mean- I cannot wait for longer "sunshine-y" days!! I am in the mood for binging out all my bunnies and chicks and birds to make it seem more like Easter and spring. Of course, being shut in the house all these months hasn't helped my frame of mind. I need sun!!! take care, my friend. hugs, Sue

I hear you on the project taking longer than expected...1 year now that we started our basement. It's killing me to have everything packed away, especially when I need it and can't find it!! At least you have a gorgeous laundry room to enjoy in the meantime!
