Prayers for Payton answered
Payton had surgery this afternoon and is in recovery. The doctor thinks the tumor is benign. Praise God.
On a lighter note: my son John was in our local paper tonight because is a 2010 State Scholar. We are so proud of him!

Good news ALL around. I know that everybody is just SO relieved at the success of Payton's surgery. And JOHN...well, isn't it amazing how the most wonderful things we ever did ourselves never can measure up to the wonderfulness of the accomplishments of our children? Congratulations!

What a wonderful day! I'm so glad that Peyton (and his poor Mama & Papa) got the best possible outcome. Thank goodness!
