One bathroom reveal

It's hard to get the wall color in the pictures but it is Pale Honey by Behr. It's the new kind with the primer already in it. I LOVE IT! It is my new favorite paint. This is my main floor bathroom but I actually painted the kids bathroom this color first. I loved it so much I decided to use it here. Even though the walls are the same paint color the bathrooms look nothing alike.
I wish the color would show better because it is a soft, muted, soothing yellow. This is the wall to the left as you walk into the bathroom. It's behind the door so it's the perfect place for vinyl wall art. It says-Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.
It's so hard to get good pictures in a small space! This is a DIY of something I already had. Twin brought this back from Dollywood a few years ago. You might be able to see it better if you click on it but it's a got our names on it as an owl family and the cat we use to have. I used 3 mats here and it looks like blue and chocolate brown but it's more greenish blue and black. Just changing the frame and adding different mats gave it a whole new look. (Memo to self-either get a better camera or a bigger bathroom!)

Twin may have over done it when she posted these pictures for me. There's a lot! This is to the right of the door. While I painted the kids vanity black, I kept the natural hickory in this bathroom as it was.
This room was a dark sage green. I took before pictures but couldn't find them. I think they're on the other memory card, sorry.
This brings us to the end of our small bathroom tour! I used things from around the house to decorate. The shutter mirror I purchased from Home Interiors a few years ago, the small plates are from Marshalls as is the plate stand.

I love this! It is so pretty, you did a great job! Inspires me to get busy on my own!

My mirror measurements are:

32" tall and 21" wide. Yes I do want a scrolly fancy "M"

Thanks!

Beautiful color! I have a similar hue in my main entry and it's one of the few rooms I haven't been tempted to repaint (I'm a chronic repainter). It goes without saying that the vinyl is awesome but I'll say it anyway!

I like the accessorizing you've done. The corner table is adorable, as is the shutter mirror surrounded by the plates and the plate stand, itself. Who would've thought to use it in a bathroom? Nice idea. And of course, the vinyl art is too cute. Oh, and I've heard good things about the Behr paint so far.

Love, the color on the wall. It's so warm. It's hard finding a good color for walls. I always run into the problem of liking the color on the paint card but not on my walls.

I looked up the Homegoods store online and found the one that is closest to us but have not gone yet. Hopefully soon!

Opportunity school started a new program this year for two year olds. It is one day a week and a parent has to go with the child. We did our first class this morning. So far so good. It seems to be a very good preschool.

Hi, cute twins,
Now this bath is so so wonderful. I think I would like that color paint, too. I'll go get a swatch of it.
Thanks for sharing your pretty new bath with us.

It looks great..My bedroom is a soft yellow and I love it. I really like the plate stand on the little corner table. You gave me an idea, I have been looking for a tier basket to put on by kitchen island.Maybe I will just get a plate stand to put my fruit in. Have a great Sunday...

Actually I have made it home, but dads computer was not working very well, so I had to finish posting after I returned. Sad to say I brought home some bundles of lavender,it was raining when we left WA and it molded before I could dry it out.

The small bathroom looks wonderful!!! I am ready to re-do our main one....it is tiny. Love your wall color and the shutters. I thought about doing shutters on the wall above the towel rack when I finally manage to re-do ours.
