It Started With An Ottoman...

 It started out with my hubby buying me a new ottoman that I
 
just loved but it didn't go with our 13 year old couch or chair

or even the rug. It was either return the ottoman or....The

new couch just arrived today to complete the room. I call it

the "snowball effect". Don't ya just hate when that happens?

Winter Storm Linus

Winter Storm Linus has arrived and continues all day. Guessing from Fran's patio table that we have close to a foot right now. Our first big snowfall so far this winter. Did I mention Fran and I HATE winter? After the first snow we are pretty much done and dreaming of Spring! Thank goodness we have a home based business and our husbands don't mind going to the post office for us (and most of the time getting the groceries.) We are like bears and just want to hibernate. This is just the start of the snow fall expected. Time to lite a fire and snuggle in!

I.am.in.LOVE

Ordered 6 of these from @pier1  (we have a very large island). I already have counter stools but I couldn't stop looking at these all.day. long. I hope they are as beautiful as the picture. Our kitchen remodel is only 5 years old and my other stools are in great shape but I couldn't resist. 

Why we LOVE what we do!

 A customer sent us this yesterday of her sweet girl, Harper. She is precious! What a great way to document a year full of monthly stickers! You can also print your pictures and put them on card stock, attach ribbon or twine and make a banner for their first birthday.
